This project was a collaboration of two patients Cynthia and Ralph and myself. I wanted to work with them to create more detailed recipes of course excluding all the sugar, soy, wheat, etc. Cynthia was on diabetes medication when she started with us, but not anymore. She was a testing ground for what recipes did not affect blood sugars. She would test these meals against her blood glucose levels to isolate the best foods for a diabetic. Needless to say, Cynthia and her husband Ralph have regained their health and they are off all of their medications.
We decided to compile all the recipes that promoted not only blood sugar health, but fat burning as well. Cynthia finally hit her ideal weight of 119 pounds amazing.
These recipes are incredibly delicious and extremely healthy too.
