I just started using the Chocolate Kale Shake and it is very very good...it satisfies my hunger...I put cinnamon in it and I also use the Almond milk..if you put that in the blender with some ice..it makes a great drink as well. I love this product and its affordable too. The autoship is a great value!

I *like* the 2 shakes (I have both) but I do not LOVE the shakes. They are too sweet for me. I have a question...is there any way you can make the shake mix without all the flavors or sweeteners? Or maybe sweeten with apple juice? I make a great kale smoothie with fresh kale, 1/2 apple, 1/2 peeled orange, coconut water, a little aloe vera juice, and a few ice cubes. Its great...but sometimes my kale goes bad or the store doesn't have any. Would love a kale shake to use as a 'mix-in' for my own fruit and flavors. Please think about it!!! Thanks....

After seeing the Instant...
After seeing the Instant Kale Shake on Dr. Berg's website, I decided to give the chocolate flavor a try. I wasn't sure when I saw the color, but I absolutely loved it, especially blended with a little almond milk and ice cubes. It really took care of my cravings for chocolate and something sweet.

I like chocolate kale and I do add cocoa powder so it would taste more like chocolate. I also add a little bit of Truvia (Stevia+XylitoL). I have sweet tooth!
I drink this after I go to gym because my personal trainer wants me to have 20 grams of protein and 10 grams of carb every day which I found that perfectly in a scoop of kale shake!
So I take this once a day and I like it very much!

I'm not hungry, the craving is not there. I drink Kale Shake with my morning breakfast. I'm seeing a lot of energy. No more craving. I don't think I even need the chocolate craving! I also don't have craving for sugar as well. I want to see the result cause this is happening to me. I have come down significantly. But I don't really bother about number, I'm more concern about my consistency in my diet. Cause I know this diet only work if I really do it and that's the only way to know if I really do it. That's my spirit!

I love it! It's filling. It's good to keep me for not getting hungry. I drink it in the morning and it fills me up before lunch time comes. Sometime, I do Kale Shake in the evening. I don't feel hungry till the following morning. I'm still working on to reach my goal and this shake helps me.

I like the kale chocolate...
I like the kale chocolate shake, even though it is green its good. I use Almond chocolate milk and it makes it taste good. I am a chocolate lover so this drink is down my alley. I just stared the diet on Aug 14, 2012, (Adrenal type) and it's not has hard as I thought it would be. I have lost 3 pounds so far. If I keep losing at that rate I will be at my goal weight in to time.

Actually I like them both. I bought Chocolate and Mint flavor when there was a special. I drink kale twice a day. I would like to have my kale forever!! I really love it. I'm a very busy person. I don't have time to make my own kale. My mother also drinks my kale shake. My mom is 80 years and says that's good. Even everybody (my friends, my neighbours) who taste my kale shake wants it! I think older people like kale shake a lot because it's easy to drink and easy to make. But overall it's really good for everybody. I love my Kale Shake! I'm addicted to them. Eventhough the chocolate shake is green it has that deep rich chocolately flavor thick and creamy. I close my eyes and imagine the chocolate color. The mint is a good change and taste good but I prefer the chocolate. It makes my day. I wake up thinking. "Oh yeah! I can have my chocolate shakes!". I rather eat nothing except my chocolate shakes (I'm not much of a cook). It works well for me and keeps my hunger a bay. I lost 5 pounds in 1 week! This is my second week.

I blend my Chocolate Kale, half of scoop with handful of regular kale, frozen banana and frozen blueberries. I like the taste of them blended together. It tastes like banana chocolate smoothie for me. This shake helps me to keep full, so I won't craving for any sweet stuffs. I do this shake 3 times a day, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometime, that all I have for dinner. So far in following Dr. Berg's diet, I have lost 15 pounds and another 35 pounds to go as my goal.

I do this once or twice a day. It gives me energy. I mix kale with chocolate soy milk and it taste more like chocolate. It kind of has creamy feel smooth to it.

This has been a very interesting journey. The results have been very favorable so far. I am completing my second round of supplements and can really feel it in my body. Now, I am experiencing increased energy, improved mental clarity, and weight loss in the midsection, hips, and thighs. I feel my loss is in inches and thickness right now.
The supplements are easy for me to take and swallow. I enjoy the chocolate kale shake. Prior to the powder mix, I was following Dr. Berg's video steps on how to make the shake using raw ingredients. Sometimes I add fruit, broccoli,ginger, or ground flaxseed to the kale shake. The cranberry drink is so refreshing and really helps curb my craving for sweets. I keep packets in my purse.
I am sure that I will see more changes and improvements as I move into the third round of supplements.
