Local Warehouse Time (EST)

For Guaranteed Same Day Shipping, your order will need to be placed before 5:30 AM EST.

Guaranteed Next Business Day – If your order doesn’t qualify for the Same Day Shipping, it will be out the next business day, guaranteed! Exception applies during weekends (orders placed on Friday after 5:30am EST will ship out on Monday) and major holidays since the warehouse is closed.

Address Validations:Our warehouse uses an address validation software provided by USPS, so to avoid any delays we suggest you don’t abbreviate anything in your address

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders that reached the warehouse cannot be cancelled. Orders are no longer editable or cancelable when they have been submitted to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders that are over $160.00 and will be shipped in the United States get offered Free Shipping. All orders placed with free shipping get shipped out within 24 hours (except on weekends) and will be shipped out using FEDEX SMARTPOST.

FedEx SmartPost is a hybrid shipping service in which FedEx will pick up packages from the shipping destination, and then hand the packages off to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for the final delivery to the end customer.

What’s unique about SmartPost is that there are two different carriers (FedEx and USPS) handling every package. One of the reasons this service was created is that, each day, the USPS is already visiting nearly every address in the United States to deliver mail, so there is efficiency and little-added cost for USPS to deliver small packages to residences, which is not necessarily the case with FedEx and UPS.

Transit time: FedEx SmartPost delivery averages between 4- 6 business days. This can be longer at times so please make a note in case you need your package to arrive on a certain date. A faster option should be selected.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

FedEx, UPS, and DHL are offered for international orders and tracking on all services is available. The US Postal Service offers tracking on Express International shipments. No other USPS services offer reliable tracking or delivery confirmation internationally. You will often only see a “pickup” scan for services such as Priority Mail International, but not a “delivery” scan. Also consider that cross-border shipments must go through the customs security measures. The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop any shipment and charge a fee. Drberg.com is not responsible for any custom fee that you may incur. This is your responsibility. The shipping cost that you paid does not include any customs or export fees.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS/RETURNS

Our warehouse can only receive merchandise with a proper RMA # attached to it. Merchandise returned directly to our warehouse without a proper RMA # will either be refused or discarded by the warehouse without any notice to us.

RMA #: ALL CLIENTS WANTING TO DO A RETURN TRANSACTION MUST CALL THE OFFICE FIRST AND GET AN RMA #. An unpaid label will be sent to you via email. This will include the RMA# and return address. To be received properly, this must be included in the box.

RETURN LABELS: We do not provide return labels. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the products they want to return.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Takes 1-2 weeks from the date it was received back to the warehouse for the return to be processed. NOTE: The warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays.

YOU HAVE 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO GET A REFUND. SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

NOTE: ONCE THE ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSBILITY TO RETURN IT BACK TO US FOR A REFUND.
