How should I use this product?
Start out by taking ½ to 1 teaspoon (2.5-5 ml) of probiotic liquid in a small glass of water before bed. As your body gets used to it, gradually increase to 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per serving.
Some people can experience a detoxification reaction if they take too much too quickly. If that is the case, stop taking the product until you don’t have any more symptoms of reaction. And then reintroduce just a little at a time, increasing your serving very slowly so that you don’t end up with any sort of reaction.
