HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

1. Log into your Dr. Berg Account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Choose an order by clicking View Order

4. Click Refund Request to start your refund


Having trouble? Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the name of the product(s) you'd like a refund for. 


Note: You have 30 days to request a refund after placing an order (30 days from confirmed delivery date for international orders). Shipping costs are non-refundable on ALL domestic and international orders.

 

REFUND POLICY

SINGLE PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
A refund will be processed for each single product order ONLY if it is requested within 30 days of purchase—no exceptions. You don't need to return the product back to us!


MULTI-PACKS REFUND POLICY
If you place an order for multiple of one product (like a three-pack), you must return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number, and the return shipping address will be provided. Our 30-day return policy still applies.

 

Note: We recommend you order one of each product if you are trying it for the first time to avoid return shipping expenses. Shipping products back that are empty will not qualify you for a refund.


UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS POLICY
If your order comes back to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will give you the option to reship to a different address OR get a refund.


Important: Those two options are only available for orders shipped within the United States. For international orders that are undeliverable, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund. Please make sure to double-check the address before placing the order to avoid this.

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS POLICY
Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that are refused within the United States. The company pays for the return freight for these shipments. Only the product price will be refunded.


For international orders that are refused, the fee to return the order back to the warehouse will be deducted from the recipient's refund total. If a shipment is destroyed by USPS or FedEx, no refund is issued. Please note that duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders that reach our warehouse CANNOT be canceled. Orders are no longer editable or cancelable when they have been submitted to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order.

 

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS POLICY
International clients have 30 days from the date the order was confirmed as delivered to receive a refund. Same rules above apply.

3PACKS REFUND POLICY: If you place an order for multiple of ONE PRODUCT like a 3 pack you are expected to return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a refund.  Email [email protected] and the shipping address will be provided.  30 day still applies.
