REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY FOR EACH SINGLE PRODUCT ORDERS AS LONG AS IT REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE IS NO NEED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BACK TO US!
3PACKS REFUND POLICY: If you place an order for multiple of ONE PRODUCT like a 3 pack you are expected to return the unopened containers at your expense to receive a refund. Email [email protected] and the shipping address will be provided. 30 day still applies.
NOTE: We recommend you order 1 of each product if you are trying it for the first time to avoid shipping back expense. Shipping products back that are empty will not qualify you for a refund.
Orders that come back to our warehouse as UNDELIVERABLE, will get contacted and given the option to reship to a different address or get a refund. Those two options are only available for orders shipped within the United States.
For International Orders that are returned back as undeliverable, client will get refunded minus shipping cost. Please make sure to double check the address before placing the order to avoid this.
Orders that are refused within United States, shipping charge will not be refunded. The company pays for the return freight for these shipments. Only product price will be refunded.
International orders that are refused, the fee to return the order back to the warehouse will be deducted from the recipients refund total. If a shipment is destroyed by USPS or FedEx, no refund is issued. Please note that duty and custom charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders that reached the warehouse cannot be cancelled. Orders are no longer editable or cancelable when they have been submitted to our warehouse. It is your responsibility to make sure the address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order.
