• How do I sign up for the rewards program? 

  You are automatically enrolled in our rewards program when you place your first order after 1/8/25.

• How are points calculated for orders?

  1 point for each $1 spent.

  Based off order subtotal less any discounts and before shipping and tax.

• What is the maximum number of points that can be redeemed on an order?

  500 points ($25 off) is the maximum amount that can be redeemed on an order.

• Can you redeem Reward points and take advantage of any promotional codes?

  Unfortunately, you can't use Reward credits together with a promo code. Thank you for your understanding!

• Can Reward credits be used on subscriptions?

  No, rewards cannot be used on subscription orders.

• If I have 2 different email addresses with points on them, can we add the rewards on both emails together?

  No, you can use one email address and are not able to combine points.

• What happens if I have a return? Do I keep the points from the order?

  No, the points earned from the order will be deducted. Any status upgrades will also be adjusted based on any returns.

• Do reward points expire?

  Yes, reward points expire 1 year after they are earned.

• When will I receive my birthday reward?

  Customer will receive birthday points on their actual birthday.

• When do I receive my reward if my birthday is in the same month when it was added?

  Same month/next 30 days-reward will be added 30 days from date entered.

• Refer a Friend: When will I receive the coupon code for referring someone?

  You should receive an email with the notification of a coupon code for $10 off after your friend completes their initial purchase of $70 or more.
