Food Product Refund Policy


Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final except in cases of product defects.

This policy applies to all food products sold by Dr. Berg Nutritionals and is separate from our Refund & Money-Back Guarantee for dietary Supplements.

Product Defects

We stand behind the quality of our food products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Delivery is defined as the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking information.

To assist with evaluation, we require a clear photo of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please note: Damage caused during shipping is outside of our control. For shipping-related damage, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. Our Customer Service team can assist with documentation if needed.

Taste & Preference

Taste is subjective. While refunds are not applicable in these cases, we value your feedback and will strive to take your feedback into consideration.

Food products are intended to be consumed within their recommended shelf life to ensure optimal quality and freshness.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, food products are not eligible for return.
