"I take this supplement every morning with my coffee. If I dont take it, I dont feel as awake. It makes a difference in the way I feel and helps me get ready for my day. It is not super strong. I have tried super B supplements that make you feel jacked and this is not like that. I haven't tried taking more than 1 at a time, but I'm sure you could if you need more energy. I take this on an almost empty stomach (coffee with half and half) and it does not bother me at all. This is another Dr. Berg supplement that I have to have. After taking this, you can tell when you take synthetic B vitamins. I prefer this to nutritional yeast."
