UPS Surepost is an economy, residential-bound ground service designed for small, lightweight packages. This delivery network combines UPS ground trucks and hubs with the local delivery infrastructure of the United States Service (USPS) for last-mile logistic.

We have placed our two warehouses where this shipping service can offer you a 2–3-day delivery time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

UPS and USPS are offered for international orders and tracking on all services is available. The US Postal Service offers tracking on Express International shipments. No other USPS services offer reliable tracking or delivery confirmation internationally. You will often only see a “pickup” scan for services such as Priority Mail International, but not a “delivery” scan. Also consider that cross-border shipments must go through the customs security measures. The customs bureau of every country has the right to stop any shipment and charge a fee. Drberg.com is not responsible for any custom fee that you may incur. This is your responsibility. The shipping cost that you paid does not include any customs or export fees.

UPS Worldwide Expedited offers customs-cleared, day-definite delivery to more than 220 countries and territories in 2-5 business days. 

Delivery is guaranteed to three- five business days to Canada, three to four business days to Europe and four to five business days to Asia and Latin America. These are estimated times, delays may occur.

Transit time for international orders varies.  It could take anywhere from 6-8 weeks, or longer, depending on the country’s rules and regulations.  This is out of our control.
