"I am very disappointed in the fact that there are only 120 mg of magnesium in each capsule. When I contacted Dr. Berg’s staff I was told that it was sufficient if taken along with what I consume in my daily diet. If I was getting enough in my diet I wouldn’t need a supplement. He said in his video to take it before bedtime to help with sleep but then doesn’t make a high enough dose to use at night without taking 2-3 capsules.
