"Just a heads up. . This is a great product, However ,You will need to slowly adjust to it. . start by taking 1 cap until you get use to the flushing ,itchy skin that last about 1 hour . . slowly build up your tolerance to this Niacin . . So don't do a full dose until you slowly build up. ."
