"The first few weeks of taking them I felt just tiny pricks of itchiness in my face, which lasted for about 15 minutes. Flushing Sensation Eventually Minimized

"First time taking Dr. Berg's Niacin, which warns of a flushing sensation, so I took 2 (instead of the 4 making a single serving). Flushing sensation came, and it was almost overwhelming- felt it along my neckline, and forehead. Lasted maybe an hour. Same for next day, taking 2 at a time, except flushing sensation was on different parts of the body: back of neck, top of forearms. Continued taking 2 for a week, then moved up to 3 afterward. Flushing sensation continued, but again, in different parts of the body, usually neck area, and head (back of head, top of head, cheeks, but different areas each time). Week 3 moved up to all 4 for a serving size. I barely notice the flushing now. It was overwhelming on week one, especially the first day, but now, it's almost a welcoming feeling, knowing it's working."
