"I’ve tried a few black seed oil brands before discovering Dr. Berg’s, and this one has been the best so far. The taste is noticeably milder compared to others I’ve used, which makes it much easier to take consistently. That said, I’m very health conscious, so for me the benefits are more important than the taste anyway. Just keep in mind this is black seed oil, it’s naturally strong and earthy, so don’t expect it to taste like cake, lol. But compared to other brands, this one is definitely smoother and easier to tolerate."
