Good electrolytes if you handle stevia
"These are good balanced electrolytes, with a good amount of magnesium and a high amount of potassium which is hard to find. However, there is research that shows stevia can increase urination in some people so if you noticed this, it may not be the right one for you. I definitely noticed this with only using half a packet but do not notice this with a similar formula that uses monk fruit. If I am trying to increase hydration, increased urination is not going to help. Would be great if Dr Berg could reformulate this with monk fruit."
