"I’m not sure what happened, but these crackers were very soft. They were not crunchy at all. I had ordered some previously and they were nice and crunchy. I’m not sure if something happened during the delivery. These were extremely soft. I even put them in the freezer thinking that that would change, but they were just real soft and rubbery. Maybe they made that way, but I’ll recall them being crunchy on the previous order. Anyway, maybe many people like them but if they’re soft and rubbery, they’re just not for me."
