"This stress kit is a life changer- literally! Like many people I have been carrying a ton of stress for the last 20 years. Dr. Berg was the first doctor who not only recognised the harmful effects of stress on the body but he provides a solution of how to get rid of the daily build up in your body. To be honest I noticed a difference in my temperament immediately with the Adrenal and Cortisol support. Things that would normally lead me to this obsess and over think stopped. I stopped replaying situations over and over in my mind. As for the Sleep Aid- it's a godsend. Come to find out for last 20 years or so my body was not actually resting and restoring when I slept. More like my eyes were simply closed. I would normally wake up untested and just picked up from where I was the day before. I have also stopped waking up multiple times at night to go to the bathroom. It's a gradual reduction- I wake up once now every early in the morning around 6am to use the loo. And some nights I sleep straight through to the morning without waking at all! It has changed my life! I used to wake up at least 5 times throughout the night and never being able to resettle afterward. Finally the ballon doggy' stress relief device is extraordinary!! I was having intense spasms in my neck- leading to migraines and ringing in my ears. I could not turn me head fully to the left. The spasms were unique but my shoulders and neck were usually tense- they felt like concrete. My mid back so stiff I would repeatedly use a foam roller throughout the day to crack' it. This would provide light relief but in no time it would stiffen up again. Well, thankfully those days are gone. I use the ballon doggy every evening and even during the day- following stressful events. During this time with the whole world in lockdown, if I had not ordered these items I can't imagine how I would have coped. They don't eliminate stress altogether- nothing can do that.
