"I was buying an equivalent spray that had Vit D and K2 and it was good, but I like that this has MCT oil in it as well so that all the goodness absorb better. There's no taste so when I put it under my tongue I usually leave it for 90 seconds or so, but can't tell if I've swallowed it (the spray had a taste). But honestly this is better as it no other additives, so it's pure and clean and seems to be protecting me from others colds. I'll keep going and give a further update if I get an opportunity to. Thank-you Dr Berg for such great products. I buy other items from you too which are fab! 🙂"
